Babies Aged 4 Weeks -12 Weeks Old:
​For babies between 4 and 12 weeks, I generally recommend waiting before booking a session. This age can be a bit challenging for photography, as they’re no longer sleepy enough for posed newborn shots, but not yet settled for more active photoshoots. I suggest waiting until your baby is 12 weeks or older for a typical awake session. At this stage, they’re usually more content, have longer awake periods, can smile and respond, and have better neck control—allowing us to create a wider range of setups and capture even more adorable moments.​​​​​
Babies Aged 12 Weeks - 18 Weeks Old:
For Babies aged 12 to 18 weeks, this is the perfect time to capture their growing personality! At this stage, the are more alert, smiling, and responding to their surroundings. With better neck control and longer awake periods, we can get a beautiful variety of poses and setups beyond just laying them on their back. From tummy time shots to capturing those precious early smiles, these sessions are full of charm and fun.
